Article 1 Purpose

Article 4 Definitions of Terms

Article 5 Application for Enrollment

Article 6 Establishment of Contract

1. The contract of use of the service is established by the application of the user and the consent of the company.

   ¨ê If the user is expected to interfere with the normal provision of the service or hinder the use of the service by other users

   ¨ë If you are registered as a credit-impaired person under the Act on Use and Protection of Credit Information

   ¨ì If the information communication ethics committee is registered as a bad internet user

   ¨í If the application requirements are not satisfied or the identity verification is impossible

   ¨î Other applications If you are unable to accept your application for reasons attributable to you

 

Article 7 Use and Change of User ID

1. In principle, the user ID that you specify when you sign up is not changeable and should not be used by a third party.

 Article 8 Obligations of the Company

1. The Company shall not engage in any act prohibited by laws and regulations and these Terms and Conditions and shall strive to provide the service continuously and reliably as stipulated by the Terms and Conditions.

2. The Company takes necessary measures to protect and manage the members' personal information so that the members can use the service safely.

3. The Company shall immediately deal with any opinions or complaints from the users, if they are justified. However, if it is difficult to process it immediately, the customer should be notified of the reason by e-mail or telephone.

4. The Company shall not disclose or distribute personal information of members to third parties without their consent. However, the following cases are excluded.

   ¨ç If there is a request from a governmental agency by the law such as the Basic Act on Telecommunications

   ¨è If there is a criminal purpose for the crime or a request from the Information Communication Ethics Committee

   ¨é When there is a request according to the procedure set by other related laws and regulations

 

Article 9 Membership Obligations

1. Members shall comply with all the matters stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, and instructions for use and precautions for using the Service.

2. Members provide and maintain complete, truthful, accurate, and current information consistent with the requirements of the registration form.

3. The member has the obligation to manage his / her ID and password, and the member is responsible for all the consequences resulting from the negligence of the member.

4. The member shall not allow his / her ID and password to be used by a third party. If the ID and password are stolen or recognized by a third party, the member shall notify the company immediately, I have to follow.

5. Members shall not engage in activities that harm public order or good morals or use any of the following items.

   ¨ç Illegal use of another user's ID

   ¨è Acts of hacking or spreading computer virus

   ¨é Continuously transmitting similar information such as advertisement information against the intention of others

   ¨ê Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights of others

   ¨ë Acting for the purpose of criminal activity or for teaching criminal behavior

   ¨ì Acts for the purpose of carrying out antinational crimes

   ¨í Acts that harmful goodwill or other social order

   ¨î Any act that may interfere with or prevent the safe operation of the service

 

[Chapter 4 Usage, Limitation, Notice of Service]


Article 10 Use of the Service

1. Use of the service is possible immediately after the company confirms membership.

2. Service hours are normally 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except when there is no particular difficulty in business or technical aspects of the company.

However, the date and time set by the Company, such as the periodic inspection of the system, and the company will notify it in advance or after.

 

Article 11 Limitation and suspension of service provision

1. The Company may limit or suspend all or any part of the provision of the Service in any of the following cases:

   ¨ç Inevitable due to maintenance, regular inspection or construction of service equipment

   (2) When the telecommunications carrier prescribed by the Telecommunication Business Act has suspended telecommunication services

   ¨é When there is a possibility of occurrence or occurrence of an emergency such as an exhibition, affairs, natural disasters or a national emergency

   ¨ê When there is obstacle to the use of the service due to obstacles in service facilities or excessive use of services

   ¨ë When you have done acts that damage the honor of others or cause disadvantage

   ¨ì If the service charge has not been paid within the specified time

   ¨í In case of deliberate dissemination of contents that are impeded by public order and morals

   ¨î Continuously transmitting the advertisement message against the recipient's intention or without consent.

 

Article 12 Precautions for using services

1. If the transmission of text messages is concentrated, the transmission may be delayed or failed. The member must check the transmission result after sending the message and the member is responsible for the disadvantage caused by not confirming the transmission result.

2. The success criteria for the transmission of the text message is assumed to be normally transmitted to the text message transmission system of each mobile communication carrier.

3. The company is not responsible for any loss of messages that are deleted by the system beyond the time the message is retransmitted (12 hours)

 

Article 13 Copyright of post

1. The intellectual property rights of the material posted or registered by the user on the service page shall belong to the user. However, the company has the right to post on the service homepage and can use the user's posts only within the company's services.

2. You may not use commercially published materials such as processing or selling information obtained through the use of the service, and you are responsible for any problems that may arise from the violation.

3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages due to the inspection, search and management of the contents of the user's posts.

 

Article 14 Return of charges

1. The Company shall return the overdue or prepayment charge if there is overdue payment or overdue payment, etc., and return the appropriate interest as the statutory interest rate if the payment is due to the Company's cause. 

2. Only for the payment of the advance payment, the user can request the return of the prepayment fee before using the service. In such cases, the Company will return the request for the return to the bank account you paid from the date the user requests the return to the end of the month following the month in which the return is requested.

However, the refund will only be possible if the refund amount is at least 10,000 won, and the refund may be deducted at the time of refund.

3. If you pay by mobile phone or credit card, you can refund after paying the fee.

4. After reviewing the reason for the refund, the Company shall either refund the member's shipping amount to the member's account in accordance with the reason for the refund, or refund the member's account in the amount calculated according to the terms of the refund. We can refund it in any way.

5. The fee (20% of the total usage fee), PG fee, and remittance fee, which are prescribed by the Ministry of Finance and Economy in the balance of the number of shipment remaining after purchasing the customer's refund application, We will refund your balance.

 

[Chapter 5 Damages and Indemnification]

 

Article 15 Compensation for damages

1. If the member can not use the service due to the reason of the company, the company compensates the member for damages. 

2. The method of damages, procedures, etc. are subject to relevant laws and regulations.

3. If a member violates the Terms or violates the relevant laws and regulations, the third party or the company is liable for damages to the company or a third party.

 

Article 16 Exemption

1. The Company shall be exempted from liability for damages if the damages are caused by natural disasters or force majeure, or due to intention or negligence of the customer.

2. The Company shall not be liable for the contents of the materials posted or transmitted by users.

3. The Company shall not be liable for failure to provide services to the User for reasons attributable to the Company for services provided free of charge.

 

Article 17 (Settlement of Disputes)

1. In case of any dispute related to personal information, the Company and the user may request the dispute settlement committee of the Korea Information Security Center to resolve the dispute quickly and effectively.

2. If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of services such as fees, the court of the headquarters of the company shall be the jurisdiction of the court.
